Application Procedure for International Students:
The student must meet all the requirements for the program and send the related documentations to the admission office (including $95 CDN non-refundable admission processing fee).

The admission office will inform the student whether he/she is accepted or if more supporting documents are required.
If your admission is confirmed, the College will send you an email informing you in regards to your acceptance.
You will pay the related payment via Paypal or a wire transfer to the College (the payment must be transferred to the College no later than 3 months after receiving the acceptance email.)

The College will send you a Letter of Acceptance that is required by Canadian High Commission to process your Canadian Student Permit.

Visit your nearest Canadian High Commission (Embassy) to file your Canadian Study Permit application at least 3 months in advance of your program start date. Make sure you provide them with a fully completed and accurate Study Permit Application Form, make sure that you include all supporting documents, and, act as per their requirements to ensure a positive outcome of your visa application.
Upon a receipt of a response from the Canadian High Commission (Embassy), you should immediately inform us of the outcome of your Canadian Study Permit Application.
- If approved, make sure that you arrive in Canada on time to start your study.
- If your Canadian Study Permit application is not approved, you may request a revised Letter of Acceptance (LOA) with a new program start date in order for you to file an appeal. Your request for a revised LOA or refund is valid for 1 year from the application date. You may send us the hard copy of the Visa refusal letter by post, or by fax at 1-(289) 805 - 1263 or by scanning the Refusal letter and e-mail to email@example.com.
After arrival in Canada, on the first day of visiting your campus, you will be receiving the student package including your Course schedule, your Student Card and your OSO
